2008-09 Pre-Season Polls

The USA Today/ESPN Coaches’ Poll has been released today where Villanova has been handed a #25 Rankings- the same spot where ESPN had them in their Pre-Season Ranking last year.

The only meaningful outstanding poll is the AP’s, which, based on history, should be revealed in the next week.

Villanova is ranked 18th in both the AP and USA Today/ESPN Coaches’ polls that were released today. The Wildcats defeated DePaul at home and Syracuse on the road in the past week improving their record to 13-3.
