Niagara 62: :77 Villanova
Villanova (3-0) got 19 from Scottie Reynolds to beat the Purple Eagles from Niagara (1-1) 77-62 tonight at the Pavillion.
Reggie Redding, starting for Corey Stokes, added 14. Dante Cunningham scored 11 and Corey Fisher was good for 15 to have 4 scorers in double digits for the #23 Wildcats.
Villanova next plays Monmouth.

Game 3: vs. Niagara
Officially, the Philly Hoop Group Classic starts tonight as #23 Villanova (2-0) hosts Niagara (1-0) at the Pavilion. Former Villanovan, Bilal Benn will return to campus for the first time since he transferred. Tipoff is for 7p.

Niagara, Fordham and St. Joe’s (PA) Dates Confirmed
Yesterday Fordham and St. Joseph’s (PA) released their 2008-09 schedules.
The Rams will travel to the Pavillion for a game against Villanova on November 17th (this game was speculated on August 8th).
The Hawks will make the long drvie from City Line to the Main Line on December 11th.
