New Commenting System

In an effort to enhance your experience on VUhoops.com we’ve made some major changes to the commenting system. I promised it to you a while ago but I finally got all of the development underway and mostly tested. (And if time allows, we’ll come up with a tutorial for ya soon…) But we wanted to release it now so you can enjoy the better functionality sooner rather than never.
