Villanova 74: :72 DePaul

Villanova took the lead on a Corey Stokes 3-Pointer with 11 minutes to go but couldn’t put the Blue Demons away until the final seconds as the Wildcats walked out of Chicago with a 74-72 win over DePaul.

‘Nova improves to 23-5 (11-4) and the loss extends DePaul’s losing streak to 15.

Dante Cunningham and Scottie Reynolds each had 18. The Coreys scored double digits as well; Fisher with 12, Stokes with 10.

Villanova has won 9 of their last 10 games and has gone 7-1 in the month of February.
